Software downloads

• STAFF System version 2.4.04 - P45 and P46 processing. This will allow you to upload P45 (pt1) data for leavers and P45 (pt3) and P46 data for joiners to the HMR&C.
  You will need the following self-installing .EXEs; simply run the EXEs (download them first if you wish) installing into your STAFF directory, usually C:\STAFF32 but see the full details in the document in the list below.
  
  • the P45 part1 server package
  • the P45 part1 client package
  • the P45 part3 package
  • the P46 package
  • the client XML templates
  • a document describing how to install and use the programs
  and also the appropriate versions of the Java Run Time Environment.
  Please call for instructions to install and use.
• STAFF System Version 2.4.04k, the latest release containing the latest updates for Holiday pay processing. This is a full release and you will need your special printing modules as well (default), please contact support when you wish to upgrade. There is an further part upgrade for the Tax Year End and new Tax Year (see the Tax Year End page)
  We would strongly advise you to read the User Guide before you download the software. If you have any queries, please contact support.
• AWR support software. The release version of the package suporting the Agency Workers Regulation (AWR) is now available
  Please download the report program (updated 23/01/12) and save it into your STAFF32 directory. There is also an optional version of the Hours Entry program (updated 23/01/12) that supports pay rates of four decimal places (see document for more details).
  There is also a document available describing how to use these programs.
  This is just the initial version and we hope to get feedback from you on this report.
  We will be providing updates on a regular basis and advising you by email when a new version is ready.
